Which goods do you offer?

We sell blankets, comforters, duvet covers, pillows, quilt, robes, sheets, and towels, with available specifications and variations shown on each product page.

What are the shipping cost and timing?

A free-shipping offer applies only when checkout confirms it. Allow around 1–2 business days of processing and a separate 3–5 business days of estimated transportation after dispatch, without a guaranteed delivery date.

Are preference-based returns allowed?

Yes: non-defective and defective returns are accepted, together with exchanges. A change of mind, personal preference or choosing the wrong item may be raised within 30 days from delivery, provided the goods are new, unused and in original condition with original packaging, tags and accessories.

What must accompany a return request?

Supply the order number, email used at checkout and an explanation. Do not send anything by mail until authorized; the original parcel includes a complimentary return label at no cost, and there is no restocking fee. Exchange availability follows actual stock.

Can faulty or incomplete deliveries be resolved?

We handle damage, defects, incorrect shipments, missing parts and goods materially different from their description. Requested photos or video should show the item and packaging.

What happens after refund approval?

Processing is completed within 10 days following approval, using the original payment method.
