Contact us before mailing a return: authorization is required, and the request needs the order number, email used at checkout and an explanation. You have 30 days from delivery to apply. If the delivery is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, supply photos or video showing the item and packaging when requested.
Both defective and non-defective returns are accepted, and exchanges are available subject to stock. This includes a change of mind, personal preference, choosing the wrong product, damage, a fault, missing components, an incorrectly shipped item or a material description mismatch. Only new, unused goods in original condition qualify; keep the original packaging, tags and accessories together.
Use the mail-return process after authorization. The parcel contains a complimentary return label, so the label is free, and we charge no restocking fee. Refunds that receive approval are sent to the original payment method; our processing window is 10 days following approval.
