Checkout displays the shipping cost, whether free shipping applies, and any destination restrictions. We do not promise that every address can be served.
Once an order is accepted and its payment authorized, allow approximately 1–2 business days for handling. The separate delivery estimate is 3–5 business days from dispatch. Neither period is a delivery guarantee; carrier conditions and other disruptions can change the arrival date.
A tracking notice will be provided when tracking becomes available, although carrier scans may appear later. Give us the order number, email used at checkout and tracking reference when seeking help. Late or missing packages require investigation; for a delivered-but-missing parcel, first check with other recipients and around the address. Damaged deliveries should be documented with item and packaging photos so we can review the situation with the carrier.
